Everflex 200 contains an anti-fungal compound to protect the sealant against the growth of bacteria, mildew and blackmould that are commonly found in areas of high humidity such as bathrooms and kitchens. Once cured this black silicone sealant remains flexible and forms a waterproof layer that’s great for used as a gap sealer.
